On Sat June 14th, the Cape Fear Shag Club held their annual Beach Blast. Prior to the contest it was decided that a portion of the proceeds would be donated to JDRF in honor of 4-year old Hunter Kennedy (pictured above) who has type 1 diabetes (T1D). When all was said and done, the shaggers raised $1700 for T1D research. THANK YOU to everyone at the Cape Fear Shag Club.
